Rules

Take part in the competition to fill out articles about the Nizhny Novgorod governor, gathering descriptions, photographs, videos, and any other illustrations of the achievements of Valery Pavlinovich Shantsev. All users of www.nnov.ru (you can register right now) are automatically considered participants in the competition upon making useful edits to articles about Shantsev. The list of additions and edits is stored on the server and is open for viewing.

Informational additions and articles must not be laudatory or, conversely, disparaging in nature. A historical style is encouraged: statements of fact, quotes from open sources.

Prizes

The authors of the most informative contributions will receive valuable prizes:

  • 1st place — Land on the Moon: a plot of 40 sotkas (approximately 0.4 hectares) on our planet's satellite. A prize for the true connoisseur of innovation.
  • 2nd place — A trauma pistol (rubber-bullet handgun). Protect your family.

All contributors to the article will be invited to a closing gathering at one of Nizhny Novgorod's restaurants. Prominent experts will announce the winners and present the prizes. The event will be informal in style. Representatives of government and the media will be in attendance.
