Pamirskaya Street is a street in the Leninsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. It is one of the streets forming the boundaries of the Molitovka neighborhood and adjacent areas.

Location

Pamirskaya Street serves as one of the boundaries of the Molitovka neighborhood: its limits are defined by Komsomolskaya Square, Lenin Avenue, Kosmonavta Komarova Street and Pamirskaya Street, as well as the shore of the backwater known as the 25 Years of October Inlet. In the same area, between the Borzovka River and Kosmonavta Komarova and Pamirskaya Streets, stood the former village of Borzovka — a historic settlement that was incorporated into the city in 1929 and renamed Pervomayevka settlement.[1]

Infrastructure

Among the organizations registered at addresses on Pamirskaya Street is the company Dorinvest LLC (building 11), which held a permit for the construction of a yacht club on the Rowing Canal. On the plot with cadastral number 52:18:0050275:474 at Pamirskaya Street, 11, entrepreneur Valery Bekasov applied for a conditionally permitted land use designation for "retail stores" in order to construct a two-story commercial building of up to 5,000 square meters; the regional Ministry of Urban Development drafted an order granting the permit and submitted it for public discussion. The plot designated for the proposed construction partially occupies a public green area (OTOP), on which legislation prohibits the erection of buildings and the parking of vehicles, and whose area may not be reduced; local residents also reported mass clearing of vegetation at the site in the autumn of 2025.[1] On the territory adjacent to the street, the research and production firm ProdKholod, associated with the Stanko Plant, operates.
