Bobylev Vladimir Nikolaevich (b. 04 June 1940) — first vice-rector of the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, head of the department of architecture, professor.
Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, full member of the Russian Society of Civil Engineers, Honoured Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Honorary Builder of the Russian Federation — known nationally as a highly qualified specialist, scholar and teacher in architectural and structural design, architectural and building acoustics, and noise control.
Achievements
The title “Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod” was conferred by resolution No. 122 of the City Duma of the city of Nizhny Novgorod of 25 June 2008.
