AVA Group is a Russian investment and construction holding company founded in 2007. Its headquarters are located in Krasnodar; the holding's enterprises operate in Krasnodar, Sochi, Anapa, Rostov-on-Don, Novorossiysk, and the Moscow Region.[4] The company is included in the TOP-30 ranking of Russian developers by residential construction volume and in the TOP-5 developers of Krasnodar Krai, and is a member of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers and the Association of Developers of Krasnodar Krai.[4] The holding's connection to the Nizhny Novgorod Region lies in its participation in the construction of clusters for the Kvantovaya Dolina ("Quantum Valley") Innovation Science and Technology Center (ISTC).

Participation in "Quantum Valley"

In August 2026, the Nizhny Novgorod Region designated AVA Group as the investor for the construction of two ISTC "Quantum Valley" clusters — "Delovaya" and "Sakharova", located on the city streets of the same names.[1][3] The relevant agreements were signed, after which land plots with a total area of 4.56 hectares were transferred to the holding on a sublease basis by the ISTC's management company — the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.[2][3]

Each cluster's perimeter will include administrative and office buildings, research and production facilities, and laboratory blocks. Upon completion of construction, ISTC resident companies will be able to purchase or lease space to carry out their own projects. The facilities are planned to be commissioned in stages by 2030.[3] The "Sakharova" cluster consists of two plots; AVA Group is developing one of them.[3]

AVA Group's Director of Infrastructure Projects, Konstantin Nikonorov, described the project as aimed at creating modern infrastructure for high-tech manufacturing and scientific research, capable of attracting new investment and specialists to the region's innovation ecosystem.[3]

At the time the agreements were signed, "Quantum Valley" had 57 resident companies with a combined declared investment volume of 33 billion rubles.[1][2]
