The General Director is Leonid Grosh. RusSilika LLC was registered on 9 December 2020; its registered address is 15ts Igumnovskoye Highway, Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region; OGRN 1205500027710, INN 5501267734.[1] RusSilika is part of the Titan group of companies; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Titan Group JSC is Mikhail Sutyaginsky.[2][1]
Products and Activities
The plant's projected capacity is 12,000 tonnes of micronized silica gels and 6,000 tonnes of stable silica sols per year.[2] According to Nizhny Novgorod Region Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov, the company's unique position — the complete absence of domestic alternatives — gives RusSilika's products a wide sales geography: the manufacturer's mark is recognized in many regions of Russia.[3]
Membership in the Special Economic Zone "Kulibin" and the Made in Kulibyn
RusSilika is among the residents of the Kulibin industrial-production special economic zone, established Dzerzhinsk. In August 2026, the company became the first resident enterprise to place the «Made in Kulibin» mark on its products — a proprietary mark developed by the SEZ's management company, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, to promote residents' products and raise their profile among potential investors.[1][2]
Company General Director Leonid Grosh regarded the awarding of the mark as recognition of the plant's high production standards, modern technology, and workforce, as well as additional confirmation of domestic industry's ability to manufacture world-class materials.[3] Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation General Director Ischenko announced that the same mark would subsequently appear on the products of other SEZ residents.[1]
The products are used in more than 25 branches of industry and in agriculture.[2]
RusSilika's products have been included by Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade in the list of priority projects for the production of small- and medium-tonnage chemical products that have a comprehensive impact on the development of related economic sectors.[2]
Following an audit of the use of budget funds allocated to RusSilika for an import-substitution project, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Audit Chamber identified irregularities in the processing of the subsidy: the agreement lacked mandatory provisions regarding equipment procurement costs and the maintenance of average monthly wage levels; furthermore, the company had failed to meet interim project implementation targets. The Audit Chamber issued representations to the regional Ministry of Industry and to the company, and the audit materials were referred to the Nizhny Novgorod Region Prosecutor's Office.[6]
