NPP Polyot is a Nizhny Novgorod research-and-production enterprise participating in the manufacturing cooperative for the medium-range passenger aircraft MC-21-310. JSC NPP Polyot was registered on December 29, 2011, through reorganization from the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Research-and-Production Enterprise Polyot"; OGRN — 1115258007688, INN — 5258100129. The enterprise's registered address is: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Nizhny Novgorod, Komsomolskaya Square, Building 1. Since April 2022, the sole founder of JSC NPP Polyot has been JSC "Order of the Red Banner of Labor Scientific Research Institute of Automatic Equipment named after Academician V. S. Semenikhin." The enterprise's authorized capital is 2,238,921,500 rubles. Since September 2025, the General Director of JSC NPP Polyot has been Rogov Maksim Petrovich.[1][1][1][1][1]
Participation in the MC-21 Program
NPP Polyot is part of the manufacturing cooperative of United Aircraft Corporation under the MC-21 program, alongside other Nizhny Novgorod enterprises: the Sokol aircraft manufacturing plant, Gidromash named after V. I. Luzyanin, and the metallurgical plant Ruspolymet. The maiden flight of the first serial fully import-substituted MC-21-310 took place on August 3, 2026, at the airfield of the Irkutsk Aviation Plant.
