Inozemtsev Petr Vasilevich (1913–2005) — veteran of the The Great Patriotic War, chairman of the veterans of war and labor council of Prioksky District. From June 1941 to August 1946 he served in the Soviet Army, rising from platoon commander to head of the personnel department of the Western Front. He was elected deputy to the Prioksky District Soviet of People's Deputies for several terms.

Awarded the Order of the Red Star, the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd Class, the Badge of Honor, and various medals.
The title of Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod was conferred by resolution of the City Duma of the City of Nizhny Novgorod dated April 27, 1995, No. 16.
