«Nizhgar» (www.nizgar.ru) — a website of national-cultural associations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.


History

Has existed since 2005. Originally created as an Internet publication for Nizhny Novgorod Tatars and served as the official website of the Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of Tatars of Nizhny Novgorod Region (RNKATNO).

In 2007, following a redesign of the website and a revision of its editorial policy, it became the official Internet resource of the Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of Tatars of Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis of Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The website also contains information about other national-cultural associations registered in Nizhny Novgorod Region; the site's pages cover initiatives and events held by the region's national-cultural autonomies.
