Molodezhnyy Avenue begins at the Park Kultury metro station and stretches well beyond the city limits, ending past a railway crossing at a car wash and tire shop. Buildings line predominantly one side of the avenue. On the other side spreads Avtozavodskiy Park. It is one of the main thoroughfares of Sotsgorod.
The avenue is home to residential buildings of the new Radiusnyy Microdistrict. On the opposite side of the avenue stands the so-called radius building, from which the microdistrict takes its name.
