Kostina Street — a street in the Historic Center of Nizhny Novgorod.
It runs from Gorky Square to Belinka, meeting it at Srednoj Rynok (the Middle Market).
Places of interest
At 2 Kostina Street stands the former building of the Sovnarkhoz (regional economic council), previously an office centre and now home to the ministries of Forestry and of Youth Policy.
The official public reception office of the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region is also located here (immediately to the right of the entrance).
