One of the priority objectives of the Nizhny Novgorod Encyclopedia is to facilitate the establishment and development of relations between organizations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region that take an active role in the informational and public life of the region. The goal of our Partnership Program is to unite regional and federal expert communities, to advance information and analytical work at the region's leading enterprises, and to support the innovative and cultural activities of specialists in advertising, PR, and personal branding.
