Welcome to Ulyanovsk.RU—a free, multilingual encyclopedia project for the Ulyanovsk Region, where anyone can edit or expand any article or create a new one. The main requirement is that the article be directly related to the Ulyanovsk Region. Our encyclopedia currently contains 2,117 encyclopedia articles.

The project is supported by the "Association for Innovative Development," a nonprofit partnership.

Description of an NGO Project Manager:

The non-profit partnership “Association for Innovative Development” specializes in developing software for automated systems, creating data transmission networks, and implementing modern information technologies.

The Association is a nonprofit organization and cooperates with all interested public, scientific, engineering, and other organizations, as well as legislative and executive bodies, foreign and international organizations, foundations, legal entities, and individuals.

The association's primary goal is to coordinate active innovation efforts, improve efficiency, quality, and competitiveness in the field of telecommunications and information technology, and to represent and protect its members' collective property interests.

The purpose of the organization is to establish partnerships, pool resources, and foster collaboration among scientific, engineering, educational, housing and utilities, and other interested organizations, as well as individuals, in order to achieve its stated goal.

The Association carries out the following activities in accordance with the law:

  • develops software for automated systems, as well as projects for the design and implementation of computer systems at various levels;
  • collects and organizes detailed information about organizations, their capabilities, and areas of specialization, and ensures that this information is managed automatically within an integrated computer network using modern information technologies;
  • processes information about activities, needs, and available resources in a user-friendly format upon user request;
  • organizes proposals for equity participation in joint projects;
  • establishes joint specialized centers and temporary creative teams to carry out the work;
  • organizes training in the form of initial and continuing education;
  • provides various agencies with analytical information upon request;
  • conducts business activities in accordance with the association's objectives.

Solving the Case Problem

For example, consider this sentence: "He was born in Kirov." You want to create an internal link to "Kirov." To make the link point to "Kirov," use this format when editing: "Kirov"

About the Format of Internal Links

Wikipedia distinguishes between lowercase and uppercase letters in internal links. Therefore, the links _Kirov Region_ and _Kirov Region_ lead to different pages. The format "Kirov Region" is the canonical one.

Perm Wiki Encyclopedia

The "Perm Wiki-Encyclopedia" uses the Wikipedia project concept to create a regional reference guide that brings together information on all aspects of life in the Perm Krai (and related surrounding areas). The key concept for articles in the Perm Wiki-Encyclopedia is the definition of “Perm.” Every user has the right to freely use information from the Perm Wiki-Encyclopedia (except in specifically stated cases). Citing the Perm Wiki Encyclopedia when using its materials is encouraged. Everyone has the right to publish or edit any article. The exception is articles containing information whose publication is restricted or prohibited by Russian law. The publication of any materials whose copyright is protected by law and for which the copyright holder has not granted permission is not permitted.

To get started with the Encyclopedia wiki, you can go to the "Project Categories" section and select a topic that interests you, or try searching for it in the search bar on the left.

Encyclopedia and Reference Guide to the City of Arsenyev

The Arsenyev City Encyclopedia and Reference Guide (Primorsky Krai, Russia), ArsenyevWiki, currently contains the phone numbers and addresses of all organizations in the city of Arsenyev.

Using ArsWiki is very easy. Enter a keyword or the name of an organization in the search box on the left—for example, “Educational Institutions” or “Bus Schedules”—and click “Search.” If the search results do not contain the information you need, it means the organization has not yet posted it. Contributing to the directory is voluntary; enthusiastic volunteers work on it as much as possible.
