The wing of the Yakhontova — Konstantinovsky estate is a cultural heritage site of regional significance, built in 1891. In December 2024 it was entered into the unified state register of cultural heritage sites (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation.[1]
Protected status
By order No. 301 of the State Heritage Protection Authority of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of 25 December 2024, the wing was entered into the register as a site of regional significance under the name "Estate of F. P. Yakhontova (P. I. Konstantinovsky). Wing", 1891. The same order approved the boundaries and the regime for the use of the monument's territory.[1] The document was registered on 31 January 2025 under No. 27514-518-301 and officially published on 5 February 2025.[1]
