«Volgotransgaz» is a gas transmission company within the OAO Gazprom system, engaged in the transportation of natural gas through trunk pipelines in the Volga Region. The Volgotransgaz Medical Center is a private multi-specialty clinic serving adult patients; hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 08:00–20:00, and Saturday, 08:00–14:00.[2][1] The General Director of Volgotransgaz was Shchegolev Igor Lvovich (born April 19, 1960), a graduate of the S. M. Kirov Ural Polytechnic Institute in the specialty of turbine engineering (1982), who had previously worked at enterprises in the gas industry.
