The Volgo-Vyatsky Branch of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (VVF MTUCI) is a state institution of higher education in Nizhny Novgorod, operating since 1999.[1] It is a structural subdivision of MTUCI — an industry university in the field of information technology, telecommunications, and information security, founded in Moscow in 1921 and subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.[2][3] The branch is located at 15 Mendeleeva Street.
