Pizma River flows through the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Kirov Regions of Russia, and is a right tributary of the Vyatka River.

The Pizma begins near the settlement of Pizma in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, close to the border with Kirov Region. It flows eastward across flat terrain; its channel is extremely winding and the current is sluggish. It receives numerous tributaries from both the left and right banks.
