The Teplokhod Plant is an industrial enterprise located in Nizhny Novgorod Region. Its exact founding date is not given in available sources; however, circumstantial evidence indicates that the plant was operating by no later than the mid-twentieth century and continued to function through the post-Soviet period.

Notable Employees and Associated Individuals

The plant's director during the Soviet period was Viktor Vasilyevich Palagin (born March 18, 1927) — an honorary citizen of Nizhny Novgorod Region and a graduate of the Gorky Institute of Water Transport Engineers. The plant maintained its own hospital, whose chief physician at various times was Semyon Lazarevich Gurvich, who later went on to head the Borskaya District Hospital.

The career of Aleksandr Viktorovich Kiselyov is also connected with the plant — he served as Borsky District from December 1, 2005. Before joining the district administration, he worked his way up from process engineer to head of the machine shop, and also served as foreman, mechanic, head of the forge-and-press shop, and party committee secretary at the Teplokhod Plant.
