Systematicity — the ability to align oneself with the interests of state Authority (and in practice: regional authority). It confers advantages in the processing of your affairs through bureaucratic channels (registering children, the passport office, housing management offices, the prosecutor's office), in road traffic, and in career advancement — in short, in life's forward motion as such.
