Anti-Corruption Activities
The Nizhny Novgorod Region Office of Roskomnadzor reminds that, in accordance with Article 22 of Federal Law No. 152 of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data," operators who process personal data are required to submit to the Office a Notification of Personal Data Processing for entry into the Registry.
In fulfillment of Law No. 273-FZ "On Combating Corruption," and corresponding decisions of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, Roskomnadzor carries out a set of measures to prevent corrupt practices both within the structural subdivisions of the Service's central apparatus and in its regional offices. This work is conducted on a systematic basis in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Plan of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media, approved by Roskomnadzor Head Sergey Konstantinovich Sitnikov on July 15, 2009, and with the Anti-Corruption Plan of the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, approved by the Head of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Roskomnadzor Office, Anatoly Petrovich Seleznev, on July 31, 2009.

Written inquiries from citizens are accepted and reviewed in accordance with Federal Law No. 59-FZ of May 2, 2006 "On the Procedure for Reviewing Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation." In accordance with Article 7 of the Law, a citizen must mandatorily include in their written appeal:
either the name of the government body to which the written appeal is addressed, or the full name of the relevant official, or the title of the relevant person;
their own last name, first name, and patronymic (the last, if available);
a postal address to which the reply or notification of forwarding should be sent;
a statement of the substance of the proposal, application, or complaint;
a personal signature and date.
An appeal that does not contain the above information will not be reviewed.
