Belousov Pavel Ignatyevich (1910–1996) — personal pensioner of all-Union significance, veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Hero of Socialist Labor, worked as an excavator operator at Construction Directorate No. 4 of Trust No. 12 "Special and Hydraulic Engineering Works." Elected deputy of the Gorky Regional Council of People's Deputies, the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, and member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR.
Achievements
Awarded the Orders of Lenin, the Red Banner of Labor, the Red Star, and various medals.
The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Gorky" was conferred by resolution of the Gorky City Council of Workers' Deputies on June 17, 1976.
