Kiselev Ivan Ivanovich (1917 – 2004) — personal pensioner of all-union significance, Hero of Socialist Labor, worked for 47 years at the Gorky Automobile Plant and rose from technologist to Director General of the "Gorky Automobile Plant" production association, delegate to five CPSU congresses, elected member of the CPSU Central Committee, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, and deputy of the Gorky Regional Soviet of People's Deputies.
Achievements
Awarded three Orders of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of the October Revolution, and various medals.
The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Gorky" was conferred by resolution of the Gorky City Soviet of People's Deputies on September 15, 1983.
