Tomina Olga Nikolayevna (born June 9, 1942) is an Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation. Since 1973, she has served as Artistic Director and General Manager of the Philharmonic. She is one of the organizers of the First International Festival named after A.D. Sakharov (nnov.ec) and the "Russian Art and the World" festival (1992).

The title of "Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod" was conferred by decision of the Small Council of the Nizhny Novgorod City Council of People's Deputies dated September 15, 1993, No. 97.
