Nature of the Project
According to the developers' statements, "Ostrov" is a multifunctional sports and entertainment complex combining opportunities for leisure, sport, recreation, and shopping. It is to be built on the Pecherskie Peski peninsula along the northeastern shore of the Rowing Canal.

| The elegant, airy structures of the buildings will evoke the image of a ship sailing along the Volga. The project is designed to accommodate around ten thousand visitors daily, and most facilities are intended to operate around the clock. Since we are counting not only on Nizhny Novgorod residents but also on a flow of tourists, a four-star hotel and a large cluster of apart-hotels have been provided for them. |
