Starikov Nikolai Stepanovich (born 11 December 1932) — deputy president of the firm "Nizhegorodstroy", Honoured Builder of the Russian Federation, Honorary Builder of Russia.
He was elected a deputy of the Gorky City Soviet of People's Deputies for several convocations and a deputy of the Gorky Regional Soviet of People's Deputies for two convocations.
From 1980 to 1988 — member of the ispolkom (executive committee) of the Gorky City Soviet of People's Deputies.
Achievements
Awarded two Orders of the Red Banner of Labour and medals.
The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod" was conferred by resolution of the City Duma of the city of Nizhny Novgorod of 16 June 2004, No. 40.
