The site was listed in the Nizhny Novgorod directory nn.ru (section "/rub/") under the title "Mr. Killer's Site from Nizhny"; the directory named its author as Yuri Pavlov and described the page as containing several sections, including a collection of pictures and links. The earliest surviving web-archive snapshot of the home page is dated 7 April 2001, the latest known one dates to March 2022.
What the site was like at the start
According to the snapshot from 7 April 2001, the home page opened with the words "MrKiller`s Site from Nizhny. Welcome! Good night, traveler!" — as the home page put it, the author immediately noted that "it's a bit unfinished, but the process is slowly moving along"[1]. This version offered the sections "About Me", "Punk`s not dead!!!", "Music, software, and other junk", "My friends", "Guestbook" and "Pictures". At the bottom of the page stood the signature "Web Design by Mr. Killer. Roga i Kopyta Ltd. (c) 2001"[1].
Later version and change of design
By 2018 the look of the page had changed noticeably, while the text remained unchanged all the way through the snapshot from 30 March 2022. The title acquired an English-language duplicate — "Mr. Killer`s Site. Hi! I`m from Nizhny!" — and the home page itself opened with a political banner: "Those who care about the fate of Russia, who want to see our Motherland as the mightiest Power in the world — the Party of Russia," as the home page put it[2][3]. The set of sections had expanded: "About me/About me", "Punk`s not dead!!!", the author's new project "ALL ABOUT RAP" ("All about rap. About Russian rap"), "My SuperLibrary", "Contacts/Contacts", a guestbook, "Pictures/Pictures" and yet another new project — "ANTI-ADMIN COALITION"[2]. At the bottom of the page appeared the line "Site powered by uCoz" — even though the domain name remained the same, mrkiller.narod.ru[3].
On the same page there survived an author's section "About the site" with an update history: an unofficial version of the little page appeared in November-December 2000, on 9 January 2001 the author first decided to register on "Narod", on 13 January 2001 the first version came out with the sections "About Me", "Punk" and a guestbook, on 20 February 2001 — a second version with the sections "My friends" and "Pictures", and on 22 December 2001, in the author's own words, "the ANTI-ADMIN COALITION happily came into being" — although "not everything materialized"[3]. The last update listed on the page is dated 6 February 2002, though the page in this form remained accessible online for another two decades[2].
