Komsomolskaya Square (Square of Pillars) — a traffic interchange on the bank of the Oka, located at the exit from Komsomolskoe Highway and Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii Street onto the Molitovsky Bridge, which connects it to Lyadov Square.
It is apparently the geographic center of Nizhny Novgorod. The view from space is a reminder of the Soviet past.
The square acquired the name "Komsomolskaya" in 1971.
