Petr Petrovich Kashchenko (1858–February 19, 1920) — a renowned Russian and Soviet physician, psychiatrist, and public and local government figure.
From 1889 to 1904, he served as director of the psychiatric hospital of the Nizhny Novgorod Zemstvo—“the colony” Lyakhovo".
