Education
Arzamas branch of the Moscow Aviation Institute (1982), mechanical engineer.
Previous positions
1982-1989 – design engineer, foreman, head of the steam-power facilities; 1988-1992 – senior foreman, deputy head, head of the APPO shop at the “Impuls” design bureau (OKB); 1992-2000 – chief engineer of the heat and power company “TEPL”.
