Wellness complex at the Rowing — a facility under construction as part of the multifunctional tourist complex "Ecopark at the Rowing Channel" in Nizhny Novgorod. The design documentation for the complex received a positive conclusion from state expert review on August 12, 2026.[2] The developer is LLC "Ecopark — Nizhny Novgorod".[1]
Composition and Infrastructure
The wellness complex includes outdoor and indoor swimming pools, including leisure pools, spaces for spa treatments and therapeutic bathing, a restaurant, and a dedicated children's area.[3] Upon completion, the complex is expected to become one of the largest recreational facilities in Nizhny Novgorod.[3]
The wellness complex is being built as part of the broader ecopark project. The first phase was completed in April 2026 with the opening of a five-star hotel with 265 rooms.[1] In addition to the hotel and thermal complex, the ecopark's infrastructure includes restaurant and public spaces, as well as a network of running, cycling, and ski trails.[1]
Design and Expert Review
The design documentation for the wellness complex was prepared by LLC "Oblkommunproekt", registered in Ryazan.[3] The expert organization that issued the positive conclusion was LLC "Stroitelnaya Ekspertiza"; this information has been published in the state information system EGRZ.[2] As of August 2026, construction of the thermal complex was ongoing.[1]
