Economic-mathematical modeling based on nonlinear optimization. Holds 7 inventor's certificates for inventions, all of which have been implemented in the fields of medicine and biotechnology. Author of approximately 80 scientific publications, a monograph, and 5 textbooks, among them the textbook "Nonlinear Optimization in Assessing the Business Strategy of Enterprises" (series "Economist's Library", Russian Academy of Education, 2006). Under his academic supervision, one doctoral dissertation and 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
