Fedoseenko Street - runs perpendicular to Kommuny Street. It is a continuation of Kultury Street. The street extends all the way to Novy Settlement, and also provides an exit onto Moscow Highway beyond Orlovskie Dvoriki.
Fedoseenko Pavel Fyodorovich (1897–1934) — commander of the stratospheric balloon "Osoaviakhim-1."
According to local legend, it was at this very spot that Fedoseenko made an emergency landing, after which the balloon was dragged several kilometers along the ground, flattening a number of barracks, a liquor store, and a couple of underground workshops. Fedoseenko Street arose on the "cleared" site left behind.
