Chinchenko Fyodor Demyanovich (1915–2004) — Candidate of Technical Sciences, State Prize laureate. From 1961 to 1974, he served as Chief Engineer and Deputy Director of the Gorky Automobile Plant; from 1980 to 1985, he was Chief Engineer of the Production Organization Department of the Gorky Automobile Plant. He was elected as a deputy to the Avtozavodsky District Soviet of People's Deputies for several terms.
Achievements
Awarded the Orders of Lenin, the Red Banner of Labour, and the October Revolution, as well as several medals.
The title of Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod was conferred by resolution of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod dated September 15, 1995, No. 27.
