Kotleta, Burgeria Kotleta - a bar in Arzamas specialising in freshly made burgers of natural meat on buns baked in its own bakery and in draught small-batch specialty beer ("craft").
Events
"Kotleta" draws visitors with performances by contemporary musicians (mc, dj and even a cosplaying violinist), and regular Friday gatherings of fans of the game "mafia" are held there. Consumer talents are put to the test by gastronomic festivals such as the "burger-eating championship".
