steklo-nn.nnov.ru was the site of Steklo­invest LLC (OOO «Стеклоинвест»), a Nizhny Novgorod company that sold glass, mirrors, and glass products. The footer of every surviving snapshot gives the address: Russia, 603016, Nizhny Novgorod, Monastyrka St., 15, phone numbers (831) 411-53-28, 411-53-29, 411-53-48, fax 256-79-08, and the email stekloinvestnn@mail.ru[1]. The domain sat in the Nizhny Novgorod zone nnov.ru; the archived home-page texts span 2011–2016[1][4]. In the nn.ru directory, whose listing card is how the site entered the census of the Nizhny Novgorod internet, it was listed under the name "Rainbow of Glass" ("Радуга стёкол"), with the description "wholesale and retail sale of sheet, window, patterned, colored, reflective, display, and tinted glass"; this name does not appear on the surviving pages themselves.

What the home page looked like

The header stayed unchanged from 2011 to 2015: the line "Steklo­invest LLC — glass from Russian factories" ("ООО "Стеклоинвест" — cтекло заводов России"), with phone numbers directly beneath it[1][2][3]. By October 2016 the heading had been rewritten for search queries: "Steklo­invest LLC — glass sales, supply of glass products from Russian and foreign manufacturers"[4].

The top menu in the December 2011 snapshot consisted of seven items: "Home," "About the Company," "Catalog," "Services," "Price List," "Gallery," "Contacts"[1]. By April 2013, "Gallery," "Services," and "About the Company" had disappeared from the menu, replaced by "Production," "Delivery," and "News"[2]; as of March 2015 the menu remained in this same form[3].

The side column was organized not by product type but by purpose — so a buyer could find themselves in the list: "mirrors," "for home and office," "for furniture production," "delivery services," "furniture, doors, kitchens," "for greenhouse operations," "professional services: cutting, processing, drilling," "stained glass, partitions, retail equipment," "for framing workshops," "impact-resistant armored glass," "aquariums," "thermal insulation," "for the production of auto glass and auto mirrors"[1]. The contents of this column were edited over time: by March 2015 the "thermal insulation" item had disappeared, while a section "for architecture and construction" had been added[3].

The footer, besides the contact details, carried a contractor credit — "website creation, website promotion, In-NN Group of Companies LLC, Internetika internet agency" ("создание сайта, продвижение сайта, ООО ГК «Ин-НН», интернет агентство "Интернетика""). It is present in both the 2011 snapshot and the 2016 snapshot[1][4].

What the company offered

Before 2015 the home page contained almost no text: it functioned as a navigation board of links[1][3]. In the snapshot from October 3, 2016, an expanded description appeared under the heading "Glass Sales in Nizhny Novgorod." As the home page stated, the company was "a major supplier of a wide range of glass products to the domestic market," selling wholesale and retail products of domestic and foreign brands[4].

Among the assortment, the text singled out window glass, which the page claimed was always in stock at the company's warehouses, as well as patterned glass for doorways, partitions, screens, and stained-glass windows; laminated safety glass (triplex), described as protective glass with enhanced sound insulation; and colored and frosted glass, divided into mechanically and chemically frosted types[4]. At the same time the company expanded beyond glass: the 2016 menu gained the items "Stone Products" and "Stone Catalog"[4].

Place in the Nizhny Novgorod internet

The site belongs to the late, "corporate" layer of the Nizhny Novgorod Internet: the domain name in the nnov.ru zone has existed since the early 2000s, but the surviving home-page texts already date to the 2010s, when the company's site was a storefront for search results rather than a participant in city-wide network life. The domain does not appear in the surviving results table of the Nizhny Novgorod Internet Day vote of 2004[5]. It also does not turn up in the available samples of the Counter.nn.ru ranking — in the Archival study of the Nizhny Novgorod internet from the counter.nn.ru rating, the site entered not through the counter but through the nn.ru directory's category listing, and we have no visitor-traffic data for it. None of the parsed snapshots mention visitor counters in the page text; the company instead bet on search engine promotion, which is named separately in the site's footer[1][4].

Fate of the address

The last Wayback Machine snapshot with substantive home-page text is dated October 3, 2016[4]. According to the census, the Wayback Machine accessed this address 80 times, with the first access on April 2, 2002, and the last on March 6, 2026; our material contains no meaningful home-page content from the years after 2016. When checked in August 2026, the site at this address responded. What became of Steklo­invest LLC itself after 2016 cannot be established from the available snapshots.
