Obukhov Oleg Aleksandrovich (born May 6, 1923) — veteran of the The Great Patriotic War, People's Doctor of the USSR, Honored Doctor of the RSFSR, and from 1963 to 2001 chief physician of the Semashko Regional Clinical Hospital. He was elected as a deputy to the Regional Council of People's Deputies for several convocations.
Achievements
He was awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of the Patriotic War 1st Class, the Order of Glory 3rd Class, the Order of the October Revolution, and various medals.
The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod" was conferred by resolution of the City Council of Nizhny Novgorod dated April 27, 1995, No. 15.
