The company had a separate subdivision called «Energosbyt» within its structure. In 1999, Igor Bykanov was appointed adviser to the director of the «Energosbyt» subdivision, subsequently becoming its first deputy director; in 2002 he moved on to serve as General Director of JSC «Dzerzhinsk CHP Plant».[1] In addition, Vladimir Vyunov worked at «Nizhnovenergo» at various times, subsequently heading the Federal State Institution «Administration of State Energy Supervision for the Volga Region» and the regional directorate of «Gosenergonadzor for the Volga Federal District».[1]
