Kholmistaya Street (formerly Perekreostnaya) — located in Volodarksy settlement. It runs perpendicular to Vakhtangov Street, Vuzovskaya Street, and Nogina Street.
This perfectly flat street was given its name ("Hilly Street") by local drunks. A drunk person's vestibular system fails them, distorting their perception of the surrounding world. One could cite any number of examples: two drunks crawling along railway tracks who were convinced they were climbing a staircase; another drunk complaining that the asphalt kept rising up at him; and so on.
