Within it was a subforum "Idle Talk" — in the snapshot from April 5, 2001, it listed 41 posts with the last update on April 5, 2001 at 13:02[1]; the conduct rules were formulated as a quote from a judge's response "to an Englishman named Hooligan": "Your freedom to swing your fists ends where the tip of your neighbor's nose begins," as stated on the home page[1].

By mid-May 2001 the forum's structure had grown noticeably. In the snapshot from May 17, in addition to "Idle Talk" (now 1,010 posts, updated May 10, 2001 at 20:26) and the archived "Idle Talk (old forum)" thread, new sections appeared — "Computers", "everything about computers, peripherals, operation and software development, information security and computer games", with a note prohibiting advertising and buying or selling — and "Nizhny Novgorod — the Russian Detroit", devoted to automotive topics and promoting automakers' products via the internet, as stated on the home page[2].

In the surviving sample of Counter.nn.ru and in the data of the Nizhny Novgorod Internet Day, no votes for forum.inforis.ru were recorded, and the rating in the directory card is marked zero — this means an absence of data in the sample, not zero traffic[1]. Information about the site entered the registry as part of the general description of the nn.ru section (category "/rub/")[1].
