The footer of the home page listed the commission's address in the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin — "603082, Nizhny Novgorod, Kremlin, bldg. 5," the phone and fax number (831) 439-03-45, and the email vybory@admgor.nnov.ru[2][3]. The first snapshot of the domain in the web archive is dated December 12, 1998, and the last is dated November 2, 2021[5]. In the inventory of Nizhny Novgorod websites compiled for this study from the nn.ru directory's classification, the resource is listed as "Election commission for the election of city Duma deputies" with the note "Nizhny Novgorod election commission."
Early version: a single page and the developer's signature
An October 2006 snapshot caught the site in an extremely modest state. The home page's headline read "Elections in Nizhny Novgorod," below it stood a copyright notice and the line "Election commission of the city of Nizhny Novgorod," and the page closed with the signature "Developed and maintained by 'INFORIS'"[1]. Wait, footnote misplace.
