Dolgopolova Street

Dolgopolova Street (formerly Novinskaya) — located near the Moscow Railway Station in the Kanavino district.

Dolgopolov Nifont Ivanovich (1857–1922) — from 1897, senior physician at the Babushkinskaya Hospital in Kanavino. In 1904–1905, he organized a sanitary detachment in Kanavino, which joined a revolutionary combat brigade. He was arrested and imprisoned in the Nizhny Novgorod Ostrog. In 1906, he was exiled to Astrakhan.
