According to the site's own information, the company had been operating transportation services since 2002[3], which matches the date of the earliest surviving snapshot of the domain in the web archive — May 28, 2002, when the page was titled "Cartec, Nizhny Novgorod — Passenger Transportation"[1].

What the site looked like and what it offered

In 2014 the site's menu included the sections "About the Company," "Fleet," "Prices," "Ordering Terms," "Payment," and "Contacts," along with a list of services: chauffeured car rental, buses for schoolchildren, transfers within the city and intercity, cars for weddings, courier delivery, and fleet management[2]. By 2018 the sections "Reviews," "Employee Delivery," "Business Trips," and "Cars for the Office" had been added, and the home page published industry news — as the home page reported, "Nizhny Novgorod minibus drivers to be allowed to change routes" (18.01.2017)[3].
