Shevchenko Anatoly Andriyanovych (born January 25, 1937) — General Director of the limited liability partnership "Domostroitelny Kombinat No. 1," associate professor at the Nizhny Novgorod University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Builders of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and Honored Builder of the Russian Federation. He was elected as a deputy to the Leninsky District and Gorky City Soviet of People's Deputies for several terms.

Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor and of Honor, as well as several medals.
The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod" was conferred by a resolution of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod dated June 17, 1998, No. 36.
