alexey-adv.narod.ru is the personal website of Nizhny Novgorod lawyer Alexey Alexandrovich Gribov, which existed from 2001 to 2025. Its Nizhny Novgorod tie shows both in the directory listing that brought the site into our sample ("Legal consultation in N. Novgorod. Business registration. Arbitration. Taxes. Customs.") and on the page itself: in March 2012 the home page came down to the lawyer's name and the titles of his two projects — "Nizhny Novgorod Legal Center for Inheritance Relations" and "Business Law from Alexey Gribov"[1].
According to our web-archive review, the first snapshot of the domain is dated 23 July 2001, the last 25 April 2025, with 72 archived captures for the domain in total. We have three substantive snapshots of the home page — from 2012, 2019 and 2022 — and they show two different lives of the address: a signboard page, and later a feed of court-practice notes on a ready-made site builder. What the address was in its first decade these snapshots do not recover.
The 2012 signboard page
The snapshot from 6 March 2012 is literally three lines under the heading "Home page": "Lawyer Gribov Alexey Alexandrovich," "Nizhny Novgorod Legal Center for Inheritance Relations," "Business Law from Alexey Gribov"[1]. No contacts, no text: the old address worked as a crossroads pointing to the owner's other ventures.
A second life on a site builder
By October 2019 the site had been built on the uCoz site builder. Around the feed of posts stood the standard blocks — "Site login," "Search," "Calendar," "Post archive," "Statistics," "Site friends"[2]; in the June 2022 snapshot, "Site friends" lists uCoz's official blog, community and knowledge base, and a mini-chat appeared at the bottom of the page noting that a login was required to post a message[3]. The menu had four items — "Home page," "Consultation," "My newsletters," "My social media"[2]; by 2022 a "Forum" item had been added[3]. The statistics block showed the same figures in both snapshots: "Online total: 1, Guests: 1, Users: 0"[2][3].
A feed of court practice
The content of the site's second life was short summaries of court rulings: Supreme Court of Russia rulings on bankruptcy and the challenging of transactions, a dispute over dividing shares purchased by spouses, a case on state registration of a transfer of ownership, and labor disputes over the dismissal of a part-time employee and over proving lateness via an electronic pass system[2]. Entries were signed under the login alexey-adv and dated mostly 27-28 May 2018, with some notes accompanied by links to the journal ale-gribov.livejournal.com[2]. The "Post archive" spanned February 2017 to May 2018[2].
The last addition came in April 2020: on 30 April two notes appeared about the launch of Telegram channels — on labor relations and on inheritance — inviting readers to scan a QR code to go there; these were signed under a different login, Alex[3]. By June 2022 the feed's page navigation showed 38 entries[3].
A place in the Nizhny Novgorod internet
The site entered our sample from the nn.ru directory, where it was listed under the name "Lawyer Gribov Alexey," not from any ratings tables: our data record no votes for it in the Nizhny Novgorod Internet Day. Fate of the address
There was no announcement of closure. Content froze at April 2020, but the pages kept opening and racking up views: the note on selling a share in ownership of premises showed a counter of 647 hits in October 2019[2] and 1,146 in June 2022[3], and the note on proving lateness showed 189 and 483 respectively[2][3]. The last web-archive record for the domain is dated 25 April 2025. When checked in August 2026, the site at this address was still responding.
